Price and booking information

Prices are per person per day, half board.
Price are valid per person and day, exclusive tourist tax (14 years and over), to be paid on location.
Tourist tax information: collected by hotels for every guest for every night. The municipality tax amount depends on the category of the establishment. No tourist tax is due for children less than 14 years of age. The tourist tax is itemised separately in the invoice and paid at the moment of departure.
A surcharge of 7.00 € per day will be applied to stays of less than three days.
Bed and breakfast only bookings will be subjected to a discount of 8.00 € per person per day.
Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of 100.00 €, to be paid by bank transfer.
Children’s discounts
- up to 3 years old: free of charge
- up to 6 years old: 50 % discount
- up to 12 years old: 40 % discount
- up to 18 years old: 30 % discount

Accepted payment methods: cash, debit card, Visa and Eurocard credit card.

Cancellation policy

The deposit is a handling fee and will be retained in case of cancellation. Cancellations up to 28 days before arrival are free of charge – except the deposit as a handling fee.
In case of cancellation during the last 2 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking cost will be charged. Cancellations are only valid if notified in writing. The same applies for late arrivals and early departures!
In case of late arrival and/or early departure, you will be charged the room price (without meals) for the whole stay.

Substantial “Good mood” buffet breakfast from 7.30 to 10.00
Should you wish to leave early in the morning (before 7.30 am), please let us know the previous day.
Dinner from 18.30 with typical Mediterranean and South-Tyrol mouth-watering dishes and well-stocked salad buffet.
Home-made jams and home-made bread (once a week)
Wine tasting sessions in our cellar (18 € p. p.)
In-house bar with cosy lounge area with large TV

Your dog is very welcome. Please remember that dogs cannot access the dining room and the indoor pool. Please bring your dog blankets and food with you. Daily charge: 15.00 €.

Südtirol Guest Pass
You will receive the Südtirol Guest Pass upon your arrival. The card is free and included in the price of the room, and is valid for your whole stay. It gives you access to many services, such as: free use of all South Tyrol public transports and selected ski-lifts.
The Südtirol Guest Pass is valid the whole year.
