Wellness and dreaming

• in our lovingly furnished wellness rooms with a sun-bathed balcony.
• Your room is available on the day of your arrival from 2 pm. Please vacate the room on the day of departure by 11 am.
• When booking a room with breakfast only, 9 € will be deducted from the daily rate per person. For single occupancy in double rooms we charge a surcharge of 20 € per day.
• Reduction for children sleeping in their parents’ room: Children up to the age of 6 free of charge, Children up to the age of 12 - 40% discount, Children up to the age of 18 - 30% discount
• It is only possible to cancel your reservation free of charge up to four weeks prior to the intended date of arrival. Cancellations received after this 4-week period will be subject to a cancellation fee of 70% of the original booking.
• Cancellations are only valid if made in writing. The same applies to late arrivals and early departures!
• In the event of late arrivals or early departures, we reserve the right to charge the full rate for the room (without board).
• Tip: Holiday cancellation insurance covers you for cancellation fees and can be taken out in any travel agency.
• You can pay your hotel bill in cash, by debit card or using the credit cards Eurocard or Visa.
• Are you planning to arrive by train or plane? We would be pleased to collect you from Merano railway station or Bolzano airport free of charge.
• For your car... We’ve reserved a safe spot in our new underground car park.
• Your dog is also a welcome guest. However, we hope you will understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining room or in the indoor pool area. Please bring a dog blanket and dog food with you.

Rest and relaxation without your car: One of the many benefits of the “Mobilcard 2008”! By purchasing a saver ticket for 3 or 7 days, you can make use of a range of mountain lifts and bus and rail services, as well as leisure facilities in Merano and the surrounding area.
NEW: Enjoy these benefits in your own time! 3 days within 5 or 7 within 10! Use your 3-day ticket over a period of 5 days and your 7-day ticket over 10 days! Choose yourself when you use it! In each case, the day on which you first stamp the ticket counts as a full day.

Using the new Dream Ticket, every guest at the Patriarch Hotel will receive points for the time he spends there (Euro 100 = 1 point). If you collect 100 points then you can redeem them for a “Golden Dream” – 7 days half board for 2 people. 50 points entitle two people to stay for three wonderful days half board.
